Dear Friends:

On behalf of Proyecto Aldea Global and our project beneficiaries, we want to thank you for volunteering your time and resources to improving the quality of life of many Hondurans.

In order to facilitate your travel preparations and adjustment to Honduras, we have prepared an information packet for you. The packet includes:

4. PAG Policy on Hand-outs, Gifts, and Tips
5. Survival Spanish Vocabulary List

One of the best guides to Honduras is the locally published “Honduran Tips” magazine, available for free at the major Honduran hotels. They also have a web-site that we recommend you visit: www.honduras.com/hondurastips/english/index.htm . The hotels, restaurants, directory service and transportation guide sections are excellent references.

We also recommend that, in preparation for your trip, you glance at the PAG website: www.paghonduras.org and the PANACAM (Parque Nacional Cerro Azul Meambar) website: www.paghonduras.org/panacam to familiarize yourself with PAG and our projects.
